Wedding bands, commonly known as wedding rings are a sign of love between two partners who wish to be unified together in holy matrimony. A lot of weddings, if not all, would need rings to be exchanged before the marrying couple are pronounced husband and wife and presented to the witnessing congregation. The ring, due to its circular shape, is said to be a symbol of unending love. The ring finger on the other hand is traditionally believed to be home to a vein that goes directly into the heart, which depicts the intense emotional bond that may develop between the couple.
